SHIPPING PROCESS

Please allow 1-3 business days for the Processing and shipping of your placed order.

Once your order has been successfully processed, an email including your shipment details will be sent to you. 

All orders are shipped via ROYAL MAIL. Custom and duty fees may apply with international orders. These fees are not charged by Nubian Filles, they are a requirement imposed by your countries postal service. 

Nubian Filles are not responsible for paying any custom fees, taxes, or any other charges associated with your package. We will not be responsible for any shipping deliveries that are affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers to the local carrier in your country or any air or ground transportation strikes/delays.
